I describe myself as many things. I am an athlete. I am a coach. I am a trainer. I help people figure out who they are and find ways that fitness and athletics can help them.
As a former swimmer and current coach, I have a 1% rule. The idea is to be 1% better than you were last time. If you show up day in day out for 3months / 6months/ 1 year, then the results you will be incredible. I give my all to my clients and i expect nothing less from them.
